The Greens/EFA Group in the European Parliament, EDRI and FFII held a very successful meeting on IPR Enforcement Directive which was chaired by Sir Neil MacCormick(MEP) and Mercedes Echerer(MEP), the panel also consisted of a representive from the generic drugs association, a teacher and doctorand in copyright law as well as an researcher in IPR law and it was attended by the key MEPs of this directive, including the rapportieur Janelly Fourtou, Shadow Rapporteur Arlene McCarthy, all other Shadow Rapporeurs or their Assistants as well as Lobbyists from Microsoft, MPAA, IFPI, ITA and Telecom Italia
